Our General Manager and I talked yesterday on how important my department is and how he would like to split it into two because the workload I am handling are way too much and too important for the company. Since he knows that all of my company’s existing clients came from our SEO and SEM efforts, he decided to finally form a Marketing Department. And I quote from the GM, “Who better to manage this than you?” Amazing isn’t it? ^_^ To cap it off, I made sure the promotion have a corresponding salary adjustment due next year.
