I used to rely on FDA articles when choosing prescription drugs. The problem is, the FDA is no longer that effective. I found some FDA approved drugs that later on turned out to be ineffective and even hazardous to health.

Take Phentermine for example. It’s the main ingredient on the most prescribed appetite suppressants back in the 90′s. It has been approved by the FDA for having better weight loss effects than diet or exercise, but the problem is, it has a lot of side effects making it a health risk.

I was supposed to take pills that contain phentermine back when I was still in highschool. Since FDA approved it, my doctor prescribed it to me. Fortunately I did some research on the net first. Looking at phentermine reviews, I realized that it’s very dangerous to take those pills and I’d rather enroll in Yoga class. Oh well… this is just another tip for you guys.
