I’m not really that knowledgeable about cars. Sure, I know how to drive, when to change oil, how to check the water, oil, and tires… but other than those, I wouldn’t be able to tell if your car has original Ferrari parts or not.
Then I found during our company outing last Saturday that one of my colleagues is into drag racing. After several minutes of prying, he said something that confirmed my friend Mark’s statement after winning our first ever kart trak race: simulated race games in arcade are actually a good way to train yourself for a racing. The main principle is there. He furthered that if you don’t have a lot of dough to keep changing your tires every after a race, a kart trak racing is a good way to go.
My colleague recommended the arcade game “Battle Gear” should I decide to play a simulated game. He said it’s the closest to the actual racing environment. Fascinating. And I used to think arcade games are just for de-stressing yourself.
