Earlier my friends and I came to visit a colleague who is currently confined in a hospital. His parents told us that he was rushed to the ER last night because his nose bled then he suddenly collapsed. They were worried that he had internal hemorrhage due to a minor accident he experienced two days ago.Lab findings revealed that he had no internal hemorrhage however he was diagnosed with a very high level of infection. The cause of the infection was believed to be from black molds. The culprit turned out to be a filthy ventilation pipe installed in his room. Many of us have home ventilation systems. This ventilation system is needed to circulate the air in the house to provide fresh air inside non-ventilated rooms. We must always keep in mind that just like any part of the house, the vents should be regularly cleaned and checked so as to avoid unfortunate situations like this.Anyway, my colleague seems to be responding well with the medicines. The doctor expects a full recovery in just a couple of weeks.
