Anyone who is often constipated must consider using colon cleanser. It is true that constipation is usually caused by dehydration and by lack of intake of good fiber. But sometimes, accumulated dirt in the colon can cause this irregularity in bowel movement. The colon is the part of the intestine that stores the residues of digestion before it is excreted from the body. When the lining of the colon is thick with dirt (I mean residue) the bowels can be harder to excrete.
Fortunately there are many ways to clean the intestines and the colon. Eating lots of oats for instance is a good example. Oats naturally have insoluble fiber that can help sweep away dirt in the colon. Fruits like oranges, apples, and avocado, also are good sources of fiber. Artificial methods like colon irrigation and laxatives are available too, however it is recommended that you consult a physician before availing of these services. Just another note, colon cleansers causes the body to excrete as much as possible digestive wastes so this may cause dehydration. To prevent this, intake of a lot of fluids is recommended.
