Whoever said there’s no such thing as a weight loss formula formula is wrong. I’ve seen several of my friends achieve their dream figure by following a fitness routine and diet. What does NOT exist is one weight loss formula for everyone.

You see, the saying, “Each person is unique, just like everyone else” is actually true, especially in the context of slimming down. Although everyone’s goal is to have a fabulous figure, each person has different needs and requirements to be able to attain their dream figure. In fact, a simple thing like body mass index difference can make a huge impact on what your fitness routine should be.

As with everything, what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. So do not just copy your friend nor your sister’s fitness routine. Seek professional advice. After all, that’s what gym instructors and nutritionists are for, right?
