I still find it fascinating what you can do online nowadays. That is, 10 years ago, I bet people thought it impossible to be able to upload and view a video in just minutes (thanks youtube), interact and be updated with your family and friends all over the world by a single sign up (thanks facebook and myspace), download or watch your favorite movies in a jiffy… To cap it off, the internet medium has provided us lots of time savers. Right now, you can book a flight or hotel, pay your bills and check your money accounts, or even buy cheap car insurance online! Truly amazing 0:D

You may not believe it, but back in 2000, I was terrified of even just signing up for a yahoo mail account! My friend Jehan, who’s now in Canada, was the one who introduced me to the world of internet during our freshmen year.

I’m really grateful for that one hour in the internet café with Jehan – it was utterly life changing. Literally. I would not be in the web development business right now if not for the assurance she gave me during that time with the use of email. She only uttered four words confidently, “Trust me. It’s okay!”
