About

This is a learning and education blog that tackles subjects that are related to, but not exclusive of, learning, education, personal growth, spirituality, literature, arts, society, school, books, and living.

The web has certainly made job hunting a lot easier. In the early days when jobsites were still not available, fresh grads submit their CV’s personally to their prospect company. If they’re lucky, they could walk-in and have their interview, but if not, they will be asked to come back another day.

Now since every company has its website where you can view career opportunities, applying for a job has never been easier. There are even online job sites where employers can post jobs for jobseekers to apply. Some are specialized in engineering, some in health care jobs, and some are even for freelancers.

The only thing difficult in applying on these online sites is how to get noticed. Imagine thousands of applicants with same qualifications applying for the same job. I actually have experienced being an admin on a jobsites and honestly, selected candidates are most often lucky picks. Anyhow, it’s just a matter of luck and patience before one gets the right job. so good luck and happy job hunting!
