I’m a very health conscious person. For me, having regular exercise and getting the proper nutrients is essential. I generally feel dreadfully uncomfortable if I’m not able to have those – exercise and balanced diet.
Since in this fast-paced life where everything is pretty much automated and instant, you’re unable to get the recommended dietary allowance. Consequently, I’ve made it a point to take at least multivitamins, if not Vitamin C or calamansi juice daily. My preferred multivitamins are either one a day for women or conzace. For the skin conscious though, I suggest you take conzace since it has Vitamin A 5,000 iu, Vitamin E 100 iu, Vitamin C 500 mg which are all good for the skin. This was in fact recommended to me by my dermatologist since I have a pimple prone facial skin.
Anyway, it pretty much doesn’t matter what multivitamins you’re taking. What’s important is that it’s able to help you meet your daily recommended dietary allowance. Oh, and as always, don’t forget to consult your doctor first.
