Learning and Education Blog

About

This is a learning and education blog that tackles subjects that are related to, but not exclusive of, learning, education, personal growth, spirituality, literature, arts, society, school, books, and living.

I met a smart female high school student in the neighborhood who recently took her first college entrance examination. She told me about her test preparation both in school and at home and her experience in the actual test. Her class ranking/standing is a proof that she easily understood the lectures in all subjects during the tutoring prior to the test.

The night before the test, her parents advised her to go to bed early and rise early to have enough time to eat a good breakfast and be at the venue at least one (1) hour before the test. After the 5-hour examination, the girl was a little upset due to the examination in Science. According to her, none of those discussed in Science during their tutoring class was given in the test. All the other subjects especially English, Reading Comprehension, Writing, and Grammar she easily tackled. She even bragged she finished the Math test ahead of the others.

The girl will soon take another college entrance examination and I assured her, she will be more confident in the next test if she’ll avail of some online tutoring such as www.tutorvista.com. The online tutors are capable of preparing a unique online tutoring program for her due to their years of experience. This time, I’m pretty sure, she will no longer be depressed.

  1. I’d like to compare this against other tutoring sites, such as Vie-Nova, Tutoring School Trainer, Tutor Easy and Tutor Next. Do you have any comparative data on this?

  2. Hi, thanks for dropping by Ganesh. Unfortunately, I have no experience with Vie-Nova, Tutoring School Trainer, Tutor Easy and Tutor Next. I’ll try to have a look at their programs though. Thanks for your question.
