Are you one of those people with a classy Whirlpool refrigerator with built-in water dispenser in its exterior? Did you know that you’re supposed to replace the refrigerator water filter every six months or if your water has a bad taste or odor? I don’t think so.
In fact, I’m sure majority of you have never replaced the water filter in your refrigerator. If you’re one of those people whose water dispenser’s filter has never been replaced, I suggest you start changing them. For those considering getting a refrigerator with a water dispenser, do look for a model with the water filter in the base grille, where it is easy to reach and replace. It would be better though if you can get a model which has water filter status lights that will tell you when it’s time to change the filter.
