My ultimate college friends and I, which I call Royal Family, had a New Year’s Reunion today at the mall. The last time we saw each other was on my beach birthday celebration last October 2009. What’s so special about this reunion is that one of my friends brought her darling daughter (which happens to be my god daughter as well) with her for the first time! To cap it off, one of our bloc mates, Miko, joined us as well.
We had a problem meeting though because they’re not familiar with the place. It’s a good thing I’ve been going to that mall since I was in elementary. I was able to immediately spot them looking very lost near the tv stands.
We had fun taking turns playing with my friend’s daughter. Personally, I think I spent more time doting on her than catching up with my friends. She’s just soooo adorably plump, behaved and amicable; quite unusual for five-year-olds.
Anyway, we had so much fun that they suggested we have a college batch reunion (close friends only of course) sometime March or April. I already gave them my “Count me in!” 2010, year of the Tiger, is definitely going to be a great year for me, in EVERY aspect. ^_^
