I’m now on my eleventh day of the thirty-day oatmeal challenge. I decided to try eating just oatmeal for breakfast because my doctor suggested it to me (actually, he ordered me to). I was asking him for an alternative for a weight loss supplement and so he did.

Oatmeal is not really my kind of breakfast. At first it was almost painful for me to swallow because of its thick texture and weird taste (tasted like paper). I almost felt like quitting on my first day. I told a friend of mine about this. It turns out she was also doing this challenge and she is already in her second month! She gave me some oatmeal recipes that really made my oatmeal challenge… less challenging.

Many have already tried the oatmeal diet. It’s scientifically proven to reduce cholesterol levels and even reduce weight. It’s good for your heart and your digestive system. Even on my eleventh day, I already feel great. I lost that heavy feeling in my stomach and I don’t get bloated anymore. I personally recommend that you try this. It will really give you great results.
